My only problem with Joel is the fact that he’s a Brett Favre fan, even wearing a Packers jersey. This flies in the face of all dedicated Bears fans. We built our home with Andersen Homes in 2007. In any home construction project there are inevitably many uncertainties and anxieties, particularly around the tradeoffs between design features and costs. Joel helped us understand those tradeoffs to create our beautiful home. Joel also engaged sub-contractors who were both exceptional craftsmen and reasonably priced.
